Arrival Airport Transfers
An arrival transfer service for delegates arriving to Danang International Airport to the Sheraton and Shilla hotel is available.
Ensure you have provided your flight details to the Events Team in advance otherwise delegates are required to make their own transfer arrangements.
Upon clearing customs, lookout for Nokia signage in the arrival hall. Our guides will be available to assist you and direct you to the designated shuttle bus.

Grab
Download the App prior to arrival, then follow the instructions to the location, then book your trip.
Da Nang International Airport (DAD) transfers – Grab
For assistance finding the Grab pick-up point please follow the instructions in the App or ask the airport service desk located in the arrivals area for assistance.
Taxi
Taxi stands are located just outside the arrival hall. After exiting the arrival restricted area, please walk straight ahead or refer to the signage at pillar number 3 – the public arrival area. You can easily locate the taxi pick-up location at the second car lane. Here, the staff members are available to assist you in contacting and booking a taxi.
Return Airport Transfers
Buses will depart from the Sheraton Hotel to Danang International Airport on Thursday 20th February only.
Departures transfer have been arranged for based on your flight information provided. You will have received an email with your departure time from the Sheraton with scheduled departure between 12:00pm and 21:30pm. Approx. 3 hours prior to flight departure.

Shilla Monogram Hotel to Sheraton: Departs at 12:00 PM
For those delegates checking out of the Shilla Monogram and into the Sheraton on Tuesday please bring your luggage on the transfer. A luggage storage area will be available until Sheraton guest room check-in commences from 3:00 PM
Sheraton to Shilla Monogram Hotel: Departs 9:00 PM (after welcome event)
