Registration is open to confirm your attendance at the NI APAC Certification Program 2025.

All delegates must be registered to attend by Monday 16 December 2024. 

Accommodation

You will be asked for your accommodation arrival and departure dates during the registration process. Please note the cost of accommodation will be covered by the Event budget based on the below:

SU Heads and RBC Leaders
Please book your accommodation to check-in on Monday 17 February and check-out Thursday morning.

CT Heads and NI Sales
Please book your accommodation to check-in on Tuesday 18 February and check-out on Thursday morning.

Please note: Any additional nights requested will be billed to your personal credit card at USD180.00 – USD286.00nett including breakfast per night.

Please provide your credit card detail as a guarantee for your incidentals and any additional accommodation nights.

Please note: accommodation cancellations after Monday 16 December 2024 may incur cancellation charges. All cancellation fees must be settled on your credit card.

Expenses
1.    Given all meals will be provided from Tuesday evening till Thursday lunch inclusive, no daily allowances will be claimable during these periods
2.    No additional allowance will be paid if you arrive early or extend departure after Thursday by choice.

Transfers

An arrival transfer service will be available for delegates from Danang International Airport to the Sheraton Grand Danang Convention Centre. Use is mandatory unless your flight arrival is outside of shuttle service operating hours.

These transfers will be available between Danang International Airport and Sheraton Grand Da Nang Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 February and departing back to the Airport on Thursday 20 February. We will be in touch with further details in the coming weeks.

Please note – if the shuttle schedule does not suit your arrival or departure requirements, please make your own transfer arrangements.

Taxis

Taxis are available from the Airport. Taxis are commonly metered but do check the fare cost along with the payment options with your driver prior to commencing your journey.
